HOSN Titanium keep producing titanium springs for more than 10 years.Our first titanium spring is used for titanium bicycle rear shocks.At the beginning,we came across many problems it includes easily crack when coiling,less weight reduction,ugly finish,length reducing after compression and many other problems.After countless experiments and improvements,we finally get all of these problems resolved.

Though made from Titanium Alloy Grade 5(Ti6Al4V),different chemical composition (Al,V,Fe,C,O,N,H) of Grade 5 material will has different mechanical features.So titanium spring will has different features when testing if using different chemical composition material.Finally we find the fittest chemical composition of Grade 5 material for titanium spring production.And combining the fittest heat treatment technology,we can design our titanium springs with the minimum weight and they won't get shorted after compression.

Titanium Spring finish will be treated by shot blasting,no only it has very beautiful finish,but also it can increase finish hardness of the spring.Except shot blasting finish,we can also do anodizing colors (Blue,Black,Purple,Green,Gold,Rainbow); PVD coating finish (Oilslick, Gold, Black,Burnt Blue); Featured Red color by special coloring process.

How to order titanium spring from us

1. For bicycle rear shock springs,just tell us the spring rates,stroke and spring inner diameter(for example 450lbs x 2.75" 38mm ID) which you want.Remember,our MOQ is 1 piece.
2. For other springs,we can produce as per your drawing,sample or customized demands.The prices will be decided by the quantity,mold fees,material cost and machining difficulty.
